Reflections on Resilience

Reflections on Resilience

Resilience isn’t just about weathering the storms of life. Every day we face challenges that require a balanced outlook, flexibility, and stamina … unrealistic deadlines at work, commitment overload, health issues, and demanding relationships.

While building your capacity for resilience doesn’t mean you’ll never find yourself facing another problem, it does enable you to greatly minimize the stress and strain associated with modern living, and should you find yourself challenged you’ll have the skills and confidence you need to tackle problems head on, knowing that whatever life happens to throw your way … you will be okay. This is the nature and the power of everyday resilience.

Let today be the day you give up who you’ve been for who you can become.
