The articles and associated content of Emotionally Resilient Living are written and edited by the website founder, owner, and chief evangelist Marquita Herald.

Personal Information
Subscribe to ERL
When subscribing to ERL you will be required to provide your name and email address. This information is retained on a secure server hosted by our email service provider (Aweber) and at no time, under any circumstances is this information shared or sold to a third party.
Subscribers to ERL receive an email at the first of each week featuring the latest blog post along with related resources and member-only content. Once or twice a year I ask members to voluntarily participate in a survey for the purposes of gauging interest in particular topics and level of satisfaction with the ERL experience.
Occasionally I announce a new book or provide courtesy member discounts for courses, but there is no spam (Because I hate it as much as you do!) or pressure to participate.
At any time subscribers may choose to stop receiving communication from this website by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link included at the end of each email message from ERL. Unless I receive a request indicating otherwise, data from inactive members is automatically purged at the end of each month.
Comments
In order to leave a comment on ERL a valid name and email address are required in the comments form, and the IP address and browser user agent string are checked for the purpose of identifying spam and other malicious agents who frequent the Internet.
Under no circumstances is this information shared or sold to a third party. If at any time you decide you no longer wish to have your comment posted in a public forum, simply use the contact form to let us know – be sure to provide the date and name of the post – and we will delete it for you.
