Every Once In A While You Need to Disconnect

Written by on July 28, 2017 in Self-Care

If there’s one thing that really frustrates me it’s finding an interesting looking blog with no new posts. So if you’ve found your way to Emotionally Resilient Living you should know that I am taking a break to work on a couple of important projects that I’ll be introducing next month, which means this will be my last post for awhile. I’ll be returning following the Labor Day holiday weekend with a new post on Tuesday, September 5th.

I’ll be returning following the Labor Day holiday weekend with a new post on Tuesday, September 5th, so if you like what you see, please check back!

In the meantime, I recommend you visit the “Start Here” page where you’ll learn a bit about my mission with ERL, the Reference Library, and the article Collections with 250 posts on topics such as Self-Acceptance, Personal Boundaries, Self-Care, Finding Opportunities in Adversity and Building Sustainable Confidence.

I’ll be back on September 4th and look forward to sharing lots of new adventures and inspirational life lessons.

Here’s to living and loving your resilient life!

Marquita is an author, resilience coach and the chief evangelist at Emotionally Resilient Living. She’s also an unapologetic workaholic who loves red wine, rock n’ roll, road trips (and car dancing!), peanut butter cookies and (especially) a dog named Lucy.
